Alan David Daneshrad is a passionate and seasoned Lawyer who resides in Beverly Hills, California. Currently, Alan has been admitted to practice law in the States of California and Washington. He has also been admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, California Supreme Court, Washington Supreme Court, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Central District Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Alan’s primary focus is on Personal Injury cases. Whether it is a Car Accident, Motorcycle Accident, Wrongful Death, or any other type of injury, his extensive knowledge in this field allows him to aggressively advocate on behalf of his clients. Alan is dedicated to providing personal attention to each and every client. He maintains constant communication with his clients so that they are aware of each facet of their case. Most importantly, he treats his clients like he would his own family and fights for them every step of the way.
Throughout the years, Alan has received notable acclaim. In 2014 and 2015, he was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, an award given to the top 2.5% of attorneys in Southern California. Additionally, he authored the article, “Why Holding Title as Joint Tenants May Increase Your Tax Liability,” which was featured in the “California Real Property Journal” in 2013.
As a lifelong resident of Southern California, Alan has an unwavering dedication to his community and its citizens. It was this devotion that inspired and drove him to complete his undergraduate education and legal education, which ultimately led him to pursue a career in law, in Los Angeles.
Upon receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in History with honors (cum laude) from UCLA, Alan attained summa cum laude at the University of West Los Angeles, School of Law with a Juris Doctor, graduating first in his class. From there, he was admitted into the State Bar of California and began to rigorously practice law, all while serving the community. Initially, he served as a Volunteer at the Mesereau Free Legal Clinic in Los Angeles and later at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles’s Self-Help Center in Santa Monica.
With an enduring mission to better serve his clients, Alan received an LL.M. (Masters of Law) in Business Law – Tax Tract from the renowned UCLA School of Law. Completing the program in 2012, Alan is now able to go that extra mile for his clients and community alike.
